Libyan delegation to visit Jordan over overdue debts to hospitals

AMMAN — Libyan Ambassador to Jordan Mohammad Barghathi on Wednesday said that a high ranking Libyan delegation is scheduled to visit the Kingdom soon to hold discussions with Jordanian officials, with a special focus on Libyan overdue debts to private hospitals.
During a meeting with Private Hospitals Associations (PHA) President Fawzi Hammouri, Barghathi expressed appreciation for private hospitals that received patient and injured Libyans in the aftermath of the 2011 crisis in Libya, praising their efforts in offering treatment to the Libyans, according to a PHA statement.
Hammouri highlighted the importance of sustaining relations with Libya, adding that PHA highly appreciates the ambassador’s concern over the debts.
