Labour Ministry warns public against unlicensed recruitment offices

AMMAN — The Labour Ministry on Thursday warned citizens seeking jobs in the Kingdom and abroad against dealing with unlicensed recruitment offices, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The ministry has published a list that includes the names, addresses and phone numbers of 65 licensed offices. Several people have fallen prey to illegal companies that promise them job opportunities and blackmail them by asking for money in advance, according to Petra.
