King receives report on gov't’s key achievements in 2019

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday received a report submitted by Prime Minister Omar Razzaz on the government’s key achievements over the year 2019.
The King stressed the need to forge ahead with the economic programme currently undertaken by the government, urging tangible progress that can be felt by citizens and that has a positive impact on their living standard, and underscoring the need for follow up and evaluation to ensure timely results that contribute to creating employment opportunities for youth, according to a Royal Court statement.
For his part, Prime Minister Razzaz briefed His Majesty on the government’s key achievements outlined in the report, pointing out that the government, upon the King’s directives, is working on implementing measures to enhance citizens’ living standard, and will launch additional stimulus packages within the framework of its economic programme, the statement said.
Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi, Adviser to His Majesty for Communication and Coordination Bisher Khasawneh, and Adviser to His Majesty for Policies and Media Kemal Al Nasser attended the meeting.
