King, Queen attend state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II

AMMAN — Their Majesties King Abdullah and Queen Rania on Monday attended the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, according to a statement from the Royal Court.
Held at Westminster Abbey in London and attended by King Charles III of the United Kingdom and members of the British royal family, the funeral saw the attendance of leaders and officials from various countries around the world, the court statement said.
King Charles III led the procession walking behind the coffin of Queen Elizabeth II, who reigned for over 70 years.
Queen Elizabeth II passed away on September 8 in Balmoral Castle in Scotland.
