AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday took to Twitter on the occasion of Laylat Al Qadr.

In his tweet, His Majesty prayed to God “for the acceptance of our fasting and prayers” for the protection of Jordan, Jordanians and the Arab and Muslim nations.

Laylat Al Qadr is the anniversary of the revelation of the Koran to Prophet Mohammad, which Muslims celebrate on the eve of the 27th of Ramadan.
