King Hussein Cancer Foundation volunteers honour Education Ministry

AMMAN — The King Hussein Cancer Foundation’s (KHCF) SIWAR volunteer programme on Monday honoured the Education Ministry for its support to the programme, especially in the welfare moneyboxes campaign, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
During the ceremony, KHCF Director General Nisreen Qatamish thanked Ministry of Education Secretary General Mohammad Akour for the ministry’s continuous support to the campaign, which last year raised JD77,000 for the KHCF’s expansion project.
The campaign was established in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and aims to collect donations for the King Hussein Cancer Centre.
