King attends graduation of 50th class of pilot cadets

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, on Wednesday attended the graduation of the 50th class of pilot cadets at King Hussein Air College.

King Abdullah was received by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti, the commander of the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF), and the college’s commandant, according to a Royal Court statement.

The graduates received their wings, and top achievers were honoured at the graduation.

His Majesty also attended an air show by RJAF fighter jets and helicopters.

HRH Prince Feisal, Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Bisher Khasawneh, a number of senior officials and officers, military attachés, and the graduates’ parents attended the ceremony.
