Jordan's participation in Gulfood 2022 'very successful' — stakeholder

AMMAN — Head of the Jordan Exporters Association (JEA) Ahmad Khudari on Saturday described the Kingdom's participation in Gulfood 2022 as "very successful and provided Jordanian companies a remarkable marketing opportunity to promote their products".

Khudari noted that Gulfood 2022, an annual food and beverage trade exhibition held at Dubai World Trade Centre, opened new marketing outlets for Jordanian food products.

At the exhibition, contracts were signed by many companies that visited the Jordanian pavilion, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

A total of 36 Jordanian companies operating in the various foodstuff sectors, including fresh, chilled, ready-made and canned food products, took part in the Jordanian pavilion, which was held on an 800-square-metres area, he pointed out. JEA's Director General Halim Abu Rahma said Jordan's participation in Gulfood 2022 was "successful and distinguished", adding that the Kingdom's pavilion received a large number of visitors.
