Jordan’s consumer price index rises by 1.8% in Q1 2020

AMMAN —The consumer price index (CPI), a measurement of inflation, rose by 1.88 per cent during the first quarter of 2020, in comparison with the same period in 2109, according to the Department of Statistics (DoS).
The DoS on Monday, in its monthly report, pointed out that the CPI in March increased by 2.07 per cent in comparison with the same month in 2019, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
