Jordanian Nursing Council, Romania sign training agreement

AMMAN — The Jordanian Nursing Council on Tuesday signed an agreement with the Romanian Ministry of Interior to exchange expertise and training in emergency medicine.
The agreement, which was signed by Secretary-General of the Council Hani Nawafleh and the State Secretary at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Romania Raed Arafat, who is responsible for the emergency and crisis apparatus in Romania, aims to enhance cooperation in training medical and nursing staff in working in ambulances, emergencies and crises.
Nawafleh added that the council is the main arm in developing and qualifying nursing cadres in the Kingdom, according to the directives of HRH Princess Muna, president of the Jordanian Nursing Council, supporting agreements and cooperation with all parties to develop and qualify nursing and health cadres.
The Romanian official stressed the importance of the agreement and its application.
