Jordanian businessman returns to Kingdom after release from Israeli prison

AMMAN — Jordanian-Canadian businessman Ibrahim Siyam arrived in Jordan on Wednesday after Israeli authorities released him on Monday evening after over a month in detention.
During a meeting with the Lower House’s Tamkeen bloc on Wednesday, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh highlighted the ministry’s efforts through its embassy in Tel Aviv, which led to the release of Siyam. Judeh said the ministry is following up on the conditions of Jordanian prisoners and detainees in Israel and other countries through various channels.
