Jordan, Iraq discuss energy cooperation

AMMAN — Energy Minister Ibrahim Saif and Iraq Oil Minister Adel Abdel Mahdi on Sunday discussed ways to boost cooperation.
Saif and Abdel Mahdi reviewed arrangements agreed on in relation to importing crude oil and heavy fuel from Iraq.
They also stressed the importance of follow up to build the Basra-Aqaba oil pipeline and the need to increase energy cooperation between the two countries.
