Jordan gateway for neighbouring markets - Uganda ambassador

AMMAN — Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC) Jamal Rifai on Wednesday met with Ambassador of Uganda to Jordan Isaac Biruma Sebulime to discuss bolstering economic relations, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Rifai pointed to the need to strengthen trade and bilateral cooperation between the countries, highlighting Jordan as a main gateway to enter many neighbouring markets.
The JCC vice president also called for intensifying efforts and holding meetings that focus on “promising sectors”, especially tourism, health, communications, information technology and foodstuffs.
Ambassador Sebulime stressed the need to submit practical proposals that contribute to advancing trade and establishing joint investments, indicating that his country enjoys a stable investment environment.
