Jordan dispatches relief aid to Yemen

AMMAN — Upon Royal directives, the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO), in cooperation with the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army on Wednesday dispatched an aircraft laden with relief aid for the Yemeni people, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The plane carried 30 tonnes of staples, water purification equipment and medical requirements, said JHCO Secretary General Ayman Mifleh.
He added that the assistance is part of Jordan's support for the Yemeni people to overcome the difficult living conditions they are facing.
