Jordan condemns Iranian attacks on Iraq’s Kurdistan

AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry on Wednesday condemned Iran’s artillery attacks and shelling of targets in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, which caused a number of deaths and injuries.
The ministry affirmed the Kingdom’s “unwavering solidarity” with Iraq, denouncing the attack on its sovereignty and the security. Conveying condolences to the Iraqi government, people and families of the victims, the ministry wished the injured a speedy recovery.
