Jordan, Comoros explore health cooperation horizons

AMMAN — Health Minister Ghazi Zaben and the Comoros’ National Assembly President Abdou Ousseni on Tuesday discussed the means of enhancing health cooperation between the two countries.
Both officials agreed to institutionalise health cooperation through a memorandum of understanding to be signed later, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Zaben expressed the ministry’s readiness to meet Comoros’ needs and assist in the development of the health sector, as well as receive medical personnel for training purposes.
Ousseni expressed his country’s aspirations to benefit from the Kingdom’s expertise in the sector and the training of doctors and medical staff.
