JIEC, Egyptian development authority talk industrial estate cooperation

AMMAN — Jordan Industrial Estates Corporation (JIEC) Director General Omar Juwaid went over investment characteristics in Jordanian industrial estates and incentives with representatives from the Egyptian Industrial Development Authority on Monday.
Juwaid highlighted the importance of partnership between the two countries’ private sectors and in the field of industrial estates to promote the business environments in both countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Mohammad Khatib, commercial adviser at the Egyptian Commercial Service, said that JIEC’s continuous efforts in promoting industrial investments in the Kingdom is considered “a motivation” for Egypt to benefit from such opportunities and exchange more expertise to further enhance cooperation in the field of industrial estates.
