JIC to launch virtual investment conference in Q4 2020 — Wazani

AMMAN — The Jordan Investment Commission (JIC), in partnership with the Jordan Free and Development Zones Group (JFDZG) and the private and public sectors, will launch its first virtual investment conference during the last quarter of 2020, Chairman of the JIC Khaled Wazani said on Sunday. 

Speaking during a meeting of the JIC- JFDZG partnership council, attended by the CEO and head of the JFDZG’s board of directors, Wazani said that the conference will focus on the Kingdom’s investment climate and the role of economic institutions in developing the investment environment, in addition to promoting the Kingdom’s available investment opportunities, according to a JIC statement. 

The conference aims at providing an appropriate alternative to Arab and foreign capitals for investors, he added.
