AMMAN — A delegation from the Palestinian anti-corruption commission on Tuesday had a firsthand look at the missions and duties of the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC).
The visit was aimed at activating a memorandum of understanding both sides had signed last year to allow the Palestinian commission to benefit from Jordanian expertise in the field, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
JIACC Deputy Chairman Burhan Akroush said that the commission’s mission is to enforce law and investigate corruption cases, in addition to raising awareness and preventing the occurrence of corruption cases.
