AMMAN — President of the Jordanian Businessmen Association (JBA) HamdiTabbaa and Tunisian Ambassador to Jordan Khalid Suhaili on Monday discussed enhancing joint ventures and increasing the volume of commercial exchange between Jordan and Tunisia.
Tabbaa referred to the possibility of preparing an action plan with Tunisia to Jordanian products’ access to other African countries through Tunisia, especially since it enjoys "distinguished relations" with these nations, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Suhaili expressed the embassy's keenness to communicate further with the JBA and cooperate in ensuring the sustainability of events organised by the Jordanian-Tunisian Business Council.
The commercial exchange volume between the two countries in 2020 reached approximately $23 million, including $9.1 million in Jordanian exports to the nation.
