Islamic Centrist Party to participate in local polls

AMMAN — The Islamic Centrist Party on Saturday announced its intention to participate in the August 15 municipal and governorate council elections, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The party will participate with the largest possible number of candidates, the party’s secretary general Madallah Tarawneh said, stressing the importance of preparations for the elections to meet the expectations of voters.
