‘Investments in King Hussein International Airport stand at JD100m’

AMMAN — Total investments in the King Hussein International Airport stand at JD100 million, Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority Chief Commissioner Nasser Shraideh said on Monday. Shraideh told the Jordan News Agency, Petra, that the investment projects include a civil aviation academy, a hangar for private planes, air freight facility, airplane maintenance service, the Royal Jordanian Falcons and the Royal Aero Sports Club of Jordan. The chief commissioner expected the airport’s investment revenues to the national economy to reach JD300 million in the next three years.
