Interior minister visits vaccination centre at Queen Rania school

AMMAN — Interior Minister Mazen Farayah, accompanied by Secretary General for Administrative Affairs in the Ministry of Education Najwa Qubeilat, on Tuesday visited a vaccination centre at the Queen Rania Al Abdullah secondary school.
During the visit, Farayah highlighted that the vaccines are safe, urging the public to take the vaccines and not to listen to rumours about the COVID-19 vaccination programme.
He also expressed appreciation for the Ministry of Education’s efforts towards protecting public health through spreading awareness among the students and staffs, in addition to taking the suitable measures, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Qubeilat commended the role of the Ministry of Health and the National Centre for Security and Crisis Management in easing the immunisation campaign for students, teachers and administrative staff.
