Interior minister appoints, transfers governors

AMMAN — Interior Minister Mazen Faraya on Wednesday decided to appoint and transfer a number of governors at the ministry, with the changes taking effect as of Thursday morning.
The decisions include the transfer of Aqaba Governor Mohammed Mubarak Al Rafaiah to the ministry's headquarters, as well as the appointment of Governor Ismail Mohammed Al Sarayrah as governor at the ministry's headquarters, and Governor Khaled Mohammed Al Hajjaj as governor of Aqaba.
Governor Hassan Salem Al Jabour was appointed as governor of Zarqa Governorate, and Kablan Mohammed Al Sharif was appointed as governor of Ajloun, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
