Human rights centre opens operations room to monitor elections

AMMAN — The National Centre for Human Rights has established an operation room at its headquarters to monitor the municipal and local elections, slated for Tuesday, and to communicate with all observers at polling centres across the Kingdom, the centre announced on Sunday.
The centre’s chief commissioner, Mousa Breizat, said that observers will check on several transparency and integrity factors during the electoral process, according to a centre statement.
