AMMAN — The Higher Education Council on Tuesday decided to amend a decision concerning the re-enrolment of Jordanian university students coming back from Yemen.
The changes entail enrolling those officially sent to Yemen by the Higher Education Ministry on scholarship in the regular programme at local universities, while the rest will continue their respective majors in public universities’ parallel programmes.
The council allowed students, except for those studying medicine or dentistry, to enrol at private universities.
