In his visit to 12 schools in the governorates, including the King Abdullah II School for Excellence built under a Royal initiative, Halaseh said his ministry is the “executive arm” of the Education Ministry, adding that the projects were funded by several donors, including the Saudi Fund for Development, the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, the World Bank, the EU, the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development and the Royal Court. Over 200 new schools and classrooms are being built across the Kingdom, the minister said.
