AMMAN — Energy Minister Ibrahim Saif has said the ministry has prepared a strategy to detect the impact of recent developments in the energy sector on the future of the Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company for 2015-2025. Jordan depends on natural gas to generate 85 per cent of its electricity, he noted. As a result, Saif told the Jordan News Agency, Petra, the government is to decide the future role of the company accordingly.
