Foreign Ministry denounces attack on Egyptian monks in Johannesburg

AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry on Thursday condemned the recent attack on three Egyptian monks at a Coptic monastery in Johannesburg, South Africa. Ministry spokesperson Sufian Qudah expressed solidarity with Egypt, stressing the Kingdom's stance against all forms of violence, particularly those targeting civilians and religious figures, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Qudah extended sincere condolences to Egypt's Coptic Orthodox Church and the families of the killed monks.
