Forbes Middle East ranks JMPC 8th most powerful industrial company in region

AMMAN — The Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC) ranked eighth among the 10 most powerful industrial companies in the Middle East for 2023, with a market value of $4.1 billion, according to the Forbes Middle East ranking.
Forbes included the largest industrial companies in the Middle East, with the industrial sector ranked second among the sectors representing the region's most powerful companies, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The market value of the companies included in the list, according to Forbes, stood at $186.1 billion, with total assets of $162 billion, and total sales of $92 billion, with net profits of $20.1 billion.
According to Forbes, JPMC's sales amounted to $2.5 billion and recorded a net profit of $1 billion, at a time when the company's assets reached $2.9 billion.
