Fariz reappointed as CBJ governor

AMMAN — The Council of Ministers on Sunday decided to reappoint Ziad Fariz as governor of the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) and Maher Sheikh Hassan as CBJ deputy governor, for a five-year term each, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra. Fariz, a former finance minister, was first appointed as CBJ governor in 2012.
