Ensour meets IEC president, commissioners

AMMAN — The government will spare no efforts to support the Independent Elections Commission (IEC) in building on its achievements, Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour said Tuesday.
At a meeting with IEC President Riyadh Shakaa and members of the board of commissioners, Ensour said the IEC has built a regional reputation for itself by holding free and fair parliamentary elections last year.
Shakaa and other members of the IEC highlighted challenges facing their work.
