Ensour inaugurates sulphur factory in Zarqa

ZARQA — Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour on Monday inaugurated a 16 million euro sulphur factory at the Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company (JPRC) in the Hashemiyeh area.
The factory will decrease gas sulphur emissions from the JPRC to improve environmental conditions. Ensour said the factory was built purely for environmental purposes, noting that the JPRC will not significantly profit from it.
