Engineers syndicate collects donations to renovate houses in Jerusalem

AMMAN — The Engineers for Palestine and Jerusalem Committee at the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) on Tuesday organised an open day to collect donations for the renovation of houses in the Old City of Jerusalem.
The initiative, held in cooperation with Hayat FM radio station, is part of JEA’s efforts to support the Palestinians in their steadfastness against the Zionist occupation, according to a JEA statement.
So far, the campaign has collected JD32,000 to renovate real estate in Jerusalem, while previous efforts have led to the rehabilitation of 45 housing units, benefiting 182 Jerusalemites.
