AMMAN — President of the Private Schools Owners Association Munther Sourani on Sunday said the Education Ministry has circulated the regulations related to licensing private schools and kindergartens at joint locations, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The new regulations recognise the school’s building and yards as one unit if they are adjacent, said Sourani. It also stipulates that the minimum area of open space at schools has to be 500 square metres, the president said, adding that the capacity of a school will be determined by its area.
