Eighty alums attended the event on April 6, which was held to strengthen the professional ties between the alums in Jordan and provide a platform to network and share their experiences, according to an EMJ statement.
During the event, the ambassador highlighted the importance of networking and the role of alums in promoting Malaysia-Jordan relations.
Minister Counsellor (Education) Radzuwan Ab Rashid encouraged MUAJ members to develop a sustainable professional relationship with Malaysia by engaging with EMJ’s initiatives, including the Matching Grant Scheme, Mobility and EduTourism programmes.
MUAJ President Mohammad Abu Shuqier commended the quality of education provided by Malaysia, demonstrated by the country’s successful graduates.
Formally established in 2020, MUAJ provides a platform for alums to engage with each other. The group currently has more than 800 members.
