AMMAN — Tourism Minister Lina Annab on Thursday said the launch of a new double-decker open-top bus which will conduct tours around the capital will be beneficial to the sector, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
During a tour organised by the University of Jordan in cooperation with the Jordan Express Tourist Transport (JETT) company, which operates the buses, Annab said the planned route in Amman covers the capital’s historical and archaeological sites.
Malek Haddad, JETT’s general manager, said the company is operating three similar tourist buses in Amman, three in Aqaba and one in Madaba.
