CTD seizes 113 illegally leased vehicles with foreign plates

AMMAN — Personnel in the Central Traffic Department (CTD) in July seized illegally leased 113 vehicles with foreign plate numbers, the spokesperson of the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said on Tuesday.
He added that legal, customs and administrative procedures were taken against the owners.
The spokesperson said that CTD personnel are conducting campaigns on such vehicles, noting that the law allows their entry in the Kingdom intended solely for the owners' use, according to a PSD statement.
