Crown Prince attends Mutah University graduation

AMMAN — Deputising for His Majesty King Abdullah, HRH Crown Prince Hussein on Sunday attended the 28th graduation ceremony of the Mutah University  military wing, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. 

Upon arrival, Crown Prince Hussein was received by King’s Military Adviser and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Gen. Mashal Al Zaben, Public Security Department Director Maj. Gen. Atef Saudi, and senior officers and officials. 

During the ceremony, attended by Royal family members, Mutah University President Rida Khawaldeh thanked the university’s supporters and congratulated the Crown Prince for graduating from Georgetown University. 

Crown Prince Hussein presented prizes to top-achievers, while Zaben distributed certificates and certifications of merit, congratulating the graduates and wishing them a bright future. 

He also noted that the graduation coincided with the Kingdom's 70th Independence Day, the Great Arab Revolt centennial and the Army Day. 

 

The 28th class included officers from neighbouring Arab countries, Petra reported.
