AMMAN — “Haqiq”, a Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) initiative, concluded its council elections on Monday with the participation of more than 950 members who voted for 151 candidates. Last year, Haqiq councils carried out 240 projects and volunteer activities, reaching more than 38,000 beneficiaries across the Kingdom.
The "Haqiq" councils are youth councils elected by initiative "knights", that aim to organise volunteer youth efforts and hold annual youth elections. There are 12 councils, one for each governorate, and five members are elected to each council: President, vice president, secretary, media coordinator and member, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
