AMMAN — The Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) and Eureka Tech Academy on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding to develop young people's potential in education and technology-related issues.
The memo, signed by CPF CEO Tamam Mango and Eureka Founder Afnan Ali, stipulates that the two sides will work jointly to offer educational opportunities through their initiatives and programmes, including CPF's "Idea Factory" and "One Million Jordanian Coders" programmes and Eureka's "Jordanian Commando Teams Project", the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Established in 2014, the Amman-based Eureka Academy is a technological institution focused on ensuring that young people get a head start in their "quest to garner knowledge of the technological world", according to their website. It is focused on shifting the educational system to take on tasks such as teaching technological and engineering skills as an integral part of school curriculums.
