AMMAN — The Court of Cassation on Wednesday issued a final verdict dissolving the Muslim Brotherhood group, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The group failed to rectify its legal status in accordance with Jordanian laws, therefore the group has no legal personality, the court said.
The ruling was made in a lawsuit filed by the dissolved group against the Department of Land and Survey and the Muslim Brotherhood Society to annul the request of ownership transfer to the licensed society that rectified its status in 2015, Petra added.
