Constitutional Court members visit Constitutional Council of France

AMMAN — A delegation from the Constitutional Court has visited the Constitutional Council of France to have a first-hand look at the French experience in monitoring the constitutionality of laws, Judge Ahmad Tbeishat, the court’s spokesperson, said Sunday.
On the sidelines of the visit, Court President Taher Hikmat and the delegates met with council member and France’s former prime minister Lionel Jospin who praised Jordan’s efforts in the regional and international arenas.
