CDD rescues 18 trapped in vehicles stuck in muddy water

AMMAN — Zarqa Civil Defence Department (CDD) personnel on Thursday rescued 18 people, who were stuck in their vehicles in muddy water after heavy rainfall in Um Kharouq and Touba areas between Jafer and Azraq.
The rescue operations continued from Thursday night to Friday afternoon, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Friday, adding that all the rescued people are in good health with no major damage to their vehicles.
