Car accidents kill two in Amman, six injured in Zarqa

AMMAN — Two people died in a car accident on Monday, after their vehicle overturned on Urdon (Jordan) Street and went off a cliff, according to the Civil Defence Department (CDD).
Emergency response personnel at the Balqa CDD transferred the bodies to the Prince Hussein Hospital, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. In Zarqa, six people were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Yajouz Street.
A CDD source said that the medics administered first aid to the injured before transferring them to the Prince Feisal Hospital, where they were listed in fair condition, Petra added.
