‘Cable car to connect Mount Nebo and Moses Springs’

AMMAN — Madaba Mayor Ahmad Fasatlah on Wednesday said that the municipality will establish a cable car project at Mount Nebo, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The project, which will connect the mountain with Moses Springs, is expected to generate revenues for the municipality and create job opportunities.
The municipality will contact the Tourism Ministry, appoint an adviser and obtain the funding, which is estimated at JD5 million.
