AMMAN — The Cabinet on Sunday approved the 2016 by-law on early intervention centres for children with disabilities, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The by-law aims to integrate children with disabilities into society, in accordance with international standards, instead of sending them to care homes.
The centres will also allow the families of children with disabilities to be part of groups and programmes.
