Cabinet approves 2018 economic facilities census

AMMAN — The government on Sunday approved an economic facilities census by the Department of Statistics (DoS) for 2018, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The census, due in January next year, aims to provide a “comprehensive and an accurate" statistical view of economic conditions in the Kingdom, in order to “accurately read” the GDP and other indicators.
