Bolotin calls for greater Jordanian-Russian coordination

AMMAN — Russian Ambassador to Jordan Boris Bolotin on Saturday said the Jordanian-Russian Higher Joint Committee will convene in Moscow in November, within the framework of a programme that seeks to boost ongoing cooperation.
During a meeting with representatives of civil society institutions, the ambassador called on participants in the upcoming committee meeting to reinforce joint understanding in the interests of the Jordanian and Russian peoples.
Bolotin expressed the embassy’s readiness to assist in the development of bilateral relations.
Agriculture Minister Akef Zu’bi is also scheduled to visit Russia to foster cooperation, the ambassador added.
