Baptism Site ready for Epiphany celebrations, pilgrimage in January

AMMAN — All preparations for the Epiphany celebrations and Christian pilgrimage in January at the Baptism Site are ready, the Baptism Site Commission said on Sunday.
Acting director of the Commission Rustom Mkhjian said all the technical and logistic measures have been taken to ensure that both the celebrations and pilgrimage go smoothly, and that the maximum number of visitors would receive the best services.
In comparison to 2017, the number of visitors in 2018 has increased by 37 per cent, the statement carried, by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, said.
